The annual PigOut event is back and better than ever. This is the 3rd year of the PigOut event that features unlimited pig based samplings from Orange County’s top chefs and bartenders. I personally attended this event last year and had a lot of fun trying the different pork concoctions the chef’s came up with. My favorite was Chef Greg Daniel’s Pig Head Tacos with Society Garlic flowers! (See the bottom of this post for a picture gallery from Pigout 2.0)
