This was my gastronomic destruction at the 2011 Orange County Fair, I hope that next year I can take this to another level. The Orange County Fair only comes around once a year, so take advantage of it while you can. Next year I want to try one of each deep dried items. Keep an eye out for Chicken Charlie’s, his food is year after year my favorite at the event. Don’t forget that if you did not make bad diet choices, then you didn’t do the fair properly.
